Golden Globe Beauty for Bridal Inspiration

Can you believe it's 2016?! Happy New Year! It is already January 11th and I'm still somewhat in shock that it is officially 2016!

And with the New Year has already come Hollywood awards shows and plenty of red carpets! The most recent being the 2016 Golden Globes. With it also being "engagement season," I thought I would share with you my favorite beauty looks that would be perfect for bridal makeup.

So let's start with the stunning Grace Gealey. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the name, she is an American actress who stars as "Anika," on the show Empire. Take a look below:

She looked amazing! I like this look for a bride who may be having a black tie, evening wedding. Her makeup artist Anthony Merante created this look using some of my favorites like Chanel, Tom Ford and Anastasia Beverly Hills. Her lip color is perfection and her skin looks like skin. I also love that this look can work for various skin tones, with slight adjustments.

I have never seen Kate Bosworth look so beautiful. Her makeup artist Pati Dubroff is one of my favorites to follow on Instagram.

Dubroff used Laura Mercier's Candleglow Soft Luminous Foundation for this look and now I have to try out the foundation. The entire look worked so well with the color and design of her gown, and would be great for a bride who wants a rosey-cheek look.

Another favorite for me was Miss Kylie Jenner.  I truly felt like her hair stylist (Jen Atkin),  makeup artist (Ariel Tejada), and stylist (Monica Rose) nailed this look. If you consider yourself a Glam bride! . . . This is for you!

The contouring isn't over done, the nude lip is the perfect shade (and photographs well) and her winged-out smokey-eye is perfect for her sleek bun. Seriously, she nailed it. She looks glamorous and modern without over doing it.

Last but certainly not least, the gorgeous, Isabeli Fontana. Her makeup was done by Mario Dedivanovic (who is famous for glamming Kim Kardashian).

To me, not only is her look flawless, but it is so bridal! Her hair was styled by Jennifer Yepez, and Yepez creates the most sleek and chic hair styles. Mario used Loreal Paris for her look and as always, his work is exquisite. Fontana's gown is by Ralph & Russo whose formal and bridal collections are both superb!

So, for you 2016 and 2017 brides . . . Are you inspired?! I hope so, because I know I am. I'm looking forward to creating some flawless, classic looks for all my "Corianne Elizabeth brides." Favorite Beauty Product: AUGUST

Hey there! Thought I had disappeared didn't you? LOL! No way! Just enjoying the summer wedding season madness! Be sure to follow me on Instagram and Facebook to see my latest beauty post and gorgeous brides and clients!

So before August 2015 comes to a close, I wanted to share with you my favorite beauty product of the month. BUT . . .  This time I am sharing 2 of them! Mainly because I consider both necessities and feel the need to have them available at all times.

Both products are from Dermalogica, which is 1 of the skincare brands I recommend to my clients. They are the number 1 choice of skin care professionals in the world and they focus on beautiful, healthy skin; not pretty packaging.

Dermalogica's Ultracalming Mist is a must-have for anyone with sensitive skin. Regardless of whether your skin is dry, normal, oily or combination; if it's sensitive you NEED this.

This is one of the first products I tried from Dermalogica and I placed an order specifically for this. At the time I was dealing with eczema patches on my eyelids, plus constantly reacting to anything and everything when I stepped outside. This was a lifesaver for me and my face. Sometimes my skin reacts to something and I have no clue what it is, and end up with itchy little bumps on my face. Anytime my skin is reacting or I'm having issues with my eczema, I will spray this all over and within a minute I feel relief. And with it being summer time here in the south . . . The coolness of this mist is perfection!

My other recommendation for August is their Antioxidant Hydramist. This was something I just decided to try it and see what happens. I'm not 20 years old anymore and figured adding antioxidants to my skincare routine could only help. It's a great refresher to use in the morning after washing your face, or midday to give your skin a quick boost.

One thing I did specifically notice when using this consistently, is my skin did not look dull. It had a constant glow that looked amazing!

And just a tip for you . . . Placing these 2 in the refrigerator only adds to the amazingness!
